Employment and Liability Agreement

  1. You are to be present at your appointed attachment area whenever agreed by your good self unless there are any valid reasons to be excused. Your presence will be mark on attendance sheet that is appointed by the individual attachment area. Any absentee without valid reason, will be penalized with $30 deduction.
  2. You are to adhere to the policy and procedures of the organization which will be briefed during the training session. If there is any complaint lodge by the organization, allowances will be suspended until further notice.
  3. You are required to report punctually and be at your utmost grooming standard. Any lateness or failure to adhere to standard grooming will sent back and considered absent. $30 will also be deducted from allowance.
  4. Any cancellation of job booking must be raised 3 days in advance. Any absence due to late inform will result in $30 deduction from allowance.
  5. You will be assigned duty with your best behavior and attitude to provide the service for the organization.
  6. J-Star will pay CPF for you.
  7. Payment Option:
    Regular Payment: You will receive your payment every 10 days on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month, excluding public holidays and Sundays.
    Fast Payment: You will receive payment the day after completing work, before 9pm. A deposit of $30 is required for company operations. If you change the payment method or stop working, the deposit will be returned within one month.
  8. Any resignation from your good self will require providing a verbal and written communication two weeks in advance to J-Star. Any failure the above process, allowance will be forfeited.
  9. You shall not any time without the express consent of J-Star directly or indirectly contact hotel/restaurant or other agent cooperating with J-Star hotel/restaurant for direct or indirect employment (including booking job order) within 6 months. You shall be liable to pay a penalty fee of S$1,000 to J-Star or lawsuits if found to have infringed this condition.
  10. Any misconduct and violating any criminal act will be handed to the authority without any delay (Including theft and consuming alcohol at workplace).
